  • Michele Davis, depty national security adviser, deputy asst. for NSC comms, and former Senior VP at Fannie Mae, is returning to her old position as top Treasury Department spokeswoman (actual title: Asst.   • Charlie Greenwald of the Information Technology Association of America, promoted from communications director to Acting VP for Communications. Greenwald came to ITAA from American Management Systems in Fairfax, and takes the reins from 17-year ITAA veteran Bob Cohen. (Technology Daily).
